Recovery codes. They are shown only now. Each one works once instead of a code from the app, if the phone is gone. Keep them somewhere other than on the phone.
My data
A JSON file with everything Pixsag has stored about you as a person: the account, your memberships and roles, sessions (without keys), links sent to you, and the rows where you are the one who created, approved, revoked or uploaded something. Other people appear only as ids.
Delete my account
Email address, name, password, sessions, links and memberships are removed, and this cannot be undone. What you created, approved, revoked or uploaded in a brand stays as evidence, under an id that no longer leads to you. If you are the only owner of a workspace, someone else needs to become an owner first.
Workspace
A workspace is the company's own place: the identity lives here, and here you decide who may use it.
Who may use the material
Add people here who already have a verified account. Invite everyone else below, under Invitations.
Invitations
An invitation is a link to an address. It works only for the account with exactly that verified address — the person creates an account if they have none, and then accepts the invitation. The link works for seven days, and once.
Export the workspace
A zip file with everything the workspace holds: the members with roles and email addresses, invitations that are still valid, and for each brand the workspace owns — every version, releases with revocations and retirements, the machine credentials' names, context and times (never the keys themselves), the whole read log, the receipts, the uploaded original files and the guide. A brand the workspace does not own is not included, even if you see it through another workspace.
The file can be large, since the original files come along, and the download can take a while. It is a snapshot. Last in the archive is manifest.json with a checksum for every file. If it is missing, the download was cut off and the archive should not be used. Download it again. Every export is logged with who downloaded it.

No brands yet in your workspaces.
New brand
The brand is owned by the workspace it is created in — an explicit row, written in the same moment. Requires admin in the workspace.

Brand system
Everything is optional. A field that is not set shows as not decided — not as empty, since those are two different things.
Releases
A release is the decision that a version applies — for a market, channel and actor type, from a date. Without a release the version is a draft, and tools do not get it as the one that applies. Publishing takes owner.
Files
The originals you already have. An uploaded file gets an address a logo variant or a typeface role can point to. SVG, PNG, JPEG, WebP, PDF or a font file (WOFF2, WOFF, TTF, OTF), at most 10 MB.
Actors and entitlements
Who a credential reads on behalf of: a partner, an agency, a reseller. An actor is entitled to markets and channels for a time, and follows the current release or is pinned to one. Not a contract; the note points at one.
Machine credentials
A credential reads exactly this brand, and nothing else. It inherits nothing from whoever issues it. The token is shown once.

Distribution
What each active credential last fetched, against what applies to its context now. Last fetched — not what it uses: Pixsag does not see what a consumer shows.

Payment
A session becomes paid only when a webhook with a valid signature says so. Landing on success_url means nothing.
